1. For special reason returns, items will be refunded based on the factory’s lowest ex-factory price (buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs). The refund cannot be based on the original purchase price on Wishin3D, as prices may drop over time, creating a difference from the original purchase price. Therefore, returns are not accepted under this condition. Buyers who cannot accept this, please purchase with caution!

2. For personalized orders, customers must verify any patent issues on cross-border platforms in their respective countries. This website will not bear any responsibility for such matters. Please note, a manual measurement error of 1–2 cm is considered normal and will not be accepted as a reason for return. Products will be shipped according to the actual items.
